I think the best innovations are ones which can be applied at a very small scale within the existing frameworks of can grow and blossom. And i think tat that is what this is a great example of so yes, it can be done in small steps and local ways. It's being done that way to show its merit. But if it really shows its merit, eventually, i think basically the whole concept of state and cap ism both sort of melt away.
