The Excel Spreadsheet for Follow Up for New Patients

Marran: I want to have a new excel spread sheet that will record all the new patients that we've seen that month, this follow up for new patients. We do this chronologically, in the order in which they came to the practice. So first day of the month, if it's a work day, we'll have some new patients that first day o the month.
