Stalin in the Soviets - Who Do You Recommend?

CNN's John Sutter talks about a coup attempt in Romania. He says the plotters wanted to get rid of President Antonescu before pulling out of World War One. The goal was to make it less messy than other coups, such as those carried out by Russia and others. But they needed help from Joseph Stalin who recommended an obscure Romanian law professor for the job.
