I would imagine that the pressure of it is much lower from running a content team, because there aren't customers waiting for stuff immediately. Culture wise with the restaurant industry where people are just kind of doing the same thing that they've done forever. It's expected that people are going to be really mean to you. If you burn yourself, you've got to keep going, unless your arm is falling off. There is no HR. So it's weird that way too. And I would have many moments in the industry where I was like, have we ever thought of not doing it? Like, it's like. Yeah, right.
