How to Wear a Hidden Disability Sunflower Lanyon

The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Lanyon Scheme is aimed at raising awareness of hidden disabilities. The scheme uses a green wristband with sunflowers on it and an ID card to discreetly tell people around you that you may need additional support, help or more time. It's not in big bright writing: I'm autistic or I have dementia. This is me just explaining stuff that I've tried out. By wearing a L Canyon, it's hope that people around you may actually ask you.
