Introduction

C and a f is where you submit the questions, and i give you the answers. Sometimes we do a real talk, where i get on there for 20 minutes and yell at you. And full length is where i bring in a special guess. We talk about how to become unique and interesting and special and successful like them. That's the gist of this show. We want you to get better. If you get better as an individual and you are informed of what's actually going on a you can understand how to better be a part of the solution. No one person can save what the fuck is happening in society. We can only all save it together by becoming better.
