The Economics of COVID-19 Mitigation and Management

The FDA was blocking group testing because they're concerned that there's going to be dilution if you have too many swabs together. So after weeks of interacting with people in the White House task force and even beyond that in the work who are kind of involved with the FDA we got the FDA to change their language. The president today could organize this effort and we could have the thing ended in a month. There's a protocol right on Peter for Asia's website that says exactly how to do it and that it will work. We have an individual president and a president who really, biologically speaking doesn't want to do anything but I'm sure he'll get around to doing it one day.
