Movie Review - Is There a Confrontation?
I think there are a couple of things in that scene that really stand out to me as just really ratcheting up the tension in an effective way. The movie has taken a lot of care to like put us into that setting, which is incredibly isolated. And so once they're down in that torture room, it doesn't matter what Martin says. Like, and actually the longer he talks, I do think it's interesting and it's all really well written but they're surrounded by torture instruments.
