PHF PEP - What Drugs Have Been Tested in Clinical Trials?
There have been clinical trials investigating mainly three substance groups approved for pulmonary arterial hypertension so pre-capillary form of pulmonary hypertension. Riosigwad was safe and were tolerated by most patients, according to the European Heart Journal. Cardiac output increased in the active treatment group while in the placebo group there was a decline. There were no effects on six minute walk distance, anti-probien P quality of life or proportion of patients with clinical worsening events including death.
