How to Write a Serial, Part 1
For me, like, i love to know a back story before i really dig deep into. So when i' caught the idea for that family, ill, so o cay, who are they? How did they get their power? How long has this family been alive? You know? Are they a terror to their court? That sort of thing. I have a skeleton ideal of where gevala starts, because i don't develop just by plot. I developed also by the character. In terms of plot, i mi k this is what's going on in the world, where it begins.
