The Four Promises of Forgiveness

In the Bible, God's forgiveness is character in this to us. In Jeremiah 31, 34, it declares, I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more. Sandy writes that forgiveness is a decision to make four promises. If someone has sinned against you, shouldn't we pray for them more? Shouldn't our hearts be softer towards them?
