John Hasness - A Review

John hasness is a law professor at Georgetown University. He's written about the myth of the rule of law, which he calls "a rollicking demolition of argument after argument for the state or democracy as being the most moral system" His arguments are made through vivid analogies like you and your friends voting on who should pay for drinks in a bar - does that mean you're obligated to pay? Of course not. So highly, highly recommended book.
