Chicken in a Pot: A Special Occasion Dish

It's called chicken in a pot. My mum has cooked it for me since I was, for as long as I can remember. It's just a dish that reminds me of home. You surround the chicken with shallots and garlic and tomatoes and herbs. And then you kind of douse the whole thing in white wine and olive oil.
