I would rise in dates so if someone says I work with 25 to 40 year olds my advice is always you know if if it's critical to your to your niche keep it but if you're putting that in just for the sake of narrowing down then remove it. There's other ways to speak to people that aren't gender age busy or are you a professional are you an entrepreneur there's other labels and probably more powerful labels like introvert for instance that you can speak to yep 100% okayso we have we have our who and what we're helping them with so they're unique selling proposition what's next.
