Do You Want to Keep Breast Feeding?

i was very wanting to avoid the lactation consultin cause i didn't trust it. And so before i could even say anything, she said, how long have you been breast feeding? I said, four months. She said, congratulations. You're doing great. That's it. So what do you want? Do you want to keep breat feeding? Like, if this isn't working, this is a great time to switch to formula. Do you need help? You have any questions about formula? And i just remember feeling this, like a sigh of relief, hat like, nay, you know,  I'm not going to be judged. I'm not in trouble
