i think it is kind of hard for people who have a history of disordered eating, or eating disorders in the past, to know, like, can i do anything like that ever again? Or is that automatically just going to be like me being in an eating disorder? I often will take things too far. And so a big part of growing for me over the past few years has been learning to not have such a black and white attitude towards eating and towards all these health behaviors.
