We often are very unpractised at ing difficult emotion, especially with another person. It's a learned and practised skill to be like, oh, god, ok, here's o actually feel what i'm feeling, and i'm to let you know. When there is the ability to create a safe understanding between people, to do that, it's just like right through it, right to it. We're not going to engage in these conversations when shet's crazy.
