How to Structure Tasks to Help Your Child With Anxiety

Gardeners in a nursery gradually introduce more and more challenges to plants as they grow. This is called hardening off. So the same thing goes when we're parenting a child with anxiety. The goal is to structure tasks around growth. We don't want our kids to get stuck in their comfort zone where they're avoiding difficulties. But we also don't want them to get thrown into tasks that are too big for them to handle all at once.
