The Importance of Budget in SEO
I worked for a major e-commerce site. We had at least four million products at any given time but the exact number that were actually in stock, getting that source of truth. No one had that. I would say it's more to deal with complexity. You've got maybe three patterns on a site and five million pages. That's an easy audit. But when you've got 15 different CMS systems and 500 different patterns of pages, different templates then that becomes super complex. Those little things that we kind of take for granted breed like bunnies. What is a tree shop? There are like a million, five million URLs, hundreds of thousands URLs.
