What's Going on in the Betrayal of Jesus?

Brent: Judas misreads jesus intentions, most of the disciples did. Jesus ends his ministry. Most the disciples think that he's a zealot. Brent: This would also offer an explanation as to why judas is so wrecked with guilt at the end of the story that he commits suicide.
