When you do like a zone to run and you try and just nasally breathe throughout, I have to say that's like a form of meditation. You just come back like in the Zen zone. Yeah, maybe that's why because of the focus. It's very true. So my husband's also doing the mouth taping. This year where I'm really focused on my biological age and reversing it. Also optimizing my body composition, my blood work and everything. For someone PCOS for me, blood sugar management is a little bit harder. I have to work hard work.
