Using Breath Work to Change Your OCD

One of the things that just about everybody with OCD struggles with is unconditional self-acceptance and this is a huge area. Just be wary of it. Watch your negative self talk and if you can just try to offer up slightly kinder words to yourself. Practicing breath work that allows you to do that is incredibly helpful. Remember that we never actually go back to square one.
