The Common Law of the Very Wealthy

Sen. Cory Booker: How is it that people can be this wealthy and pay no taxes? None. It's zero or no income taxes. Is this common? Yes, I think this is a fairly easy loophole in the tax code to take advantage of. These people are not breaking any laws. This is unfortunately, our tax code working as it is designed to do.
