Agile in the Business World - Is There a Social Aspect?

i think that this paper actually is a, is one kind of interesting approach to this problem. But i don't know, i've seen a very one of thethings i like about these old papers is there does seem to be a little bit more attention to the social aspects and or our social shared values. You know, agile in the business world has kind of reigned supreme as the set of principles that all developers are supposed to follow. Like, let's just go with our values and figure out where that design leads usd not to keep playing the same, you know, greatest hits tune over and over again.
