The Problem With Fantasy Script Writing

The number two most common problem with the fantasy script writing that I come across is too many speaking roles. Like a lot of the dialogue and the medical shows, it just says medical on the page. And then they have a professional come in and fill in the blanks with actual medical stuff. It seems like Philry doesn't care. He's just writing characters, just being in a room saying jokes.
