i've been doing low carb for about ten years. I wasn't really counting my protein, never really did. But over the years, i've learned that getting enough protein is really important for me to feel full and to maintain muscle mass especially as i'm getting older. And i would say there's i get over a hundred grams a day every day. So with a cob salad is fantoustick. You've got quite a bit of protein, you've got fibre in the abacato, got the vegetables, um, and you've got fat inn the meats and the opacato. That's one of my go to lunches as. A great convenient way to eat.
