The Difference Between a Ribbi and a Lamb?
We eat a lot of wild game too. My wife grew up in virginia, minnesota, which is up on the iron range. She loves that wild gamed. And we lovei like a lamb. I mean, i'd eat that every day, but it's kind of pricy, even if you buy it from yourself. So i appreciate that flavor, that depth of flavor of the aged animaland that's a perty. Only one who don't really eat beef or protein that way. With south americanow europeans eat their mate. So thats something that we we lost in our culture. We're having ribbi every week cause they're so good.
