Working in Catering Is Not for the Fancy-Hearts
Working in catering is not for the faint-hearted no it really isn't I mean as you said it's totally unsociable hours in theory. But if you enjoy doing it it's not hard work and it just becomes something you do It's like breathing it's like breathing I some love going up in the morning and going down to the beach and seeing the fishes it comes in and then working out what menu I would do then go off to the market and look at the produce that was there and buying all the while thinking oh this is going to be what suits I do today.
