The Ripple Effect of the COVID
There used to be estimates of what, there's OSHA guidelines on how much physical space somebody had to have in a cubicle or an office space. Think of all the overhead that's associated with employing people. Organizations are struggling with this now with the COVID, work from home and post-COVID. Do you go back to the office or not? And the ripple effect, I've been to cities where, think of how many businesses, coffee shops, lunch shops, retail businesses that exist because they're working remotely.
