Leaders who seek feedback more often had higher psychological safety in their top management teams. But when we went and encouraged managers to go and ask for feedback, it didn't have a lasting effect on psychological safety. Even if you took the fear away, that doesn't mean that i can have an impact if i raise an idea or i challenge my leader to rethink something.
