You have to be so enthusiastic about the product you sell that you get them above the buying line then and only then do you close. Your job is to get people more emotionally excited than the cost during the time you have their attention. So there's very, very few salespeople that are at the top of their game that are not at least confident or enthusiastic in their delivery. When they can feel it, it's really impactful.
