The Importance of Cashing in for the NXT Title

There's an interesting storyline if we're not doing a double cash in. I'm pitching the rules committee on this one. Got to call Jack called Jack Toney and see what see what the rules is on more than one title, but maybe there's a way you work it in there before you get to SummerSlam. That just seems like sort of a letdown even if it were a story really well told.
