I really wish agencies would think of themselves as consulting firm. So your in, you onlo get paid for thinking, not doing. And if you're paid for doing, you ontty be paid for doing what you've been thinking about,. But i'm not here to execute it every every day. I'm here to check every every month. If i were starting over, i would probably share my financials like you though. That's an example of something that's true that i think i should be transparent about. "i am a believer in open book management to a degree"
