Is There Any General Leaps Away From, or Is It Just Empirical?

Is there any sort of general way of thinking about how these levels of competency, these different nested hierarchies interact? I think it's largely empirical, but there are some principles we can sort of guess at. One principle is this idea that the larger system is bending the option space of the, of the systems that were underneath it. And what you really want is for the actions of your, of your parts, they make it easy for you not to have to micromanage stuff,. That they're good at. You have to distort their option space so that you can get your own goals met.
