Reg, going back to the first acquisition, give us a sense of the size of it. That was about 2.7 million in sales, roughly. Probably half a million dollars roughly in EBITDA or SDE,. And is 7 million a... How big a foundry is that? Is that tiny or large?2.7 million. Yeah. It is of a small foundry. But we'll still compete in that small foundry space. We are not chasing after ... I never see them in a competitive bid situation. So, yeah, we can mimic what they do, but we compete on a totally different part of the market.
