How to Use Your Personal Stories to Teach Your Story

I'm more of a manuscript guy myself. So I will sit down and type it up as if I was going to teach it even in the way, try to word it in my own casual manner that I would word it,. But for me, it almost helps to have it written out word for word on an iPad. Can you borrow from other people's sermon series? Can you use other people's messages?
