Is There a Time to Stop Listening?

When listening feels exhausting and options are exhausted that's when we move from hearing to acting which is the second part of listening. Listening doesn't take place unless something changes through an action so for a lot of people a simple question you could ask two-thirds of the way before the conclusion of a meeting in the time remaining what's the most productive thing we can do? Marcel: There is a point at which enough is enough with the listening we now need to be acting if I'm not doing my job right then it seems as though there're things being left unsaid or well irrelevant because they don't get said.
