SOFR and LIBOR

Clayton: I intuitively got it but you said it in such a way by reminding everybody that SOFR is tied down to the T bill rate as opposed to LIBOR which is tight and there's a couple of things I'm going to go back and listen to that section of the podcast again so that I make sure that I get it right.
