A lot of people have really used the distraction of the screen as a crutch, right? It prevents them from having to face the void or face themselves. And so it's harder than you think if you haven't been working on it, to figure out what to do with your life if you don't have a screen. Look at your screen and it's just going to make you less happy. You're not going to be happy about it. So definitely recommend people check out the book and go through the whole, you know, the digital declutter and everything.
