The Third Question of Guilt in Relationships

In the west we have this tendency to think me I haven't done anything wrong or if I did it was unintentional so doesn't matter kind of. We don't often reflect on how the effect that we have on others and that can be so powerful in growth of relationships. A client who was really struggling with frustration and anger towards her husband started doing a Nikon every day and she really struggled with that third question, "What do I feel about myself?" It really changed the way she thought about her husband they were able to create that space between reacting and responding which helped them grow together.
