I was coming off one of the best years in our business. Continued business was growing. I'm like, wow, things have been going pretty well for a while. Something bad is inevitably going to happen. Usually a recession, a downturn. And so I started writing the book and I pitched it to my publisher. So it's not a book on how to sell during a pandemic. It's really relevant for any downturn, whether it's specific to an industry or just one salesperson or a general recession.
