How to Speak Fluently

You don't need a giant vocab for good speaking. In fact, you need a fairly small, limited vocabulary. You just need to know them well. And then speak simply using simple vocabulary. Learning English is all about being in love with that language. It's all about getting up at the crack of dawn and never giving up.
