The Importance of Having a Culture of Humility
I think we need to create an environment of Being humble again about just saying i don't know what's going on But reaching out but also making sure we we use the resources around us. We all have experiences and As we go through our years those experiences become stronger and stronger and help, you know guide what we do For our patients. The more we talk about this kind of topic the That statement becomes really not true anymore. You don't see you haven't seen everything Um, and if you have that kind of mentality, you're you've been probably missing a lot.
