Sovereign bond markets globally are have a buyer strike that they're under assault. Bank of England, the UK guilt market exploded a little under a month ago. I think we will see the treasury come in and buy less liquid, older treasuries out of the market to try and then refill them. The feds got it's hands full trying to prepare for what they may be creating by being so aggressive with their rate hikes.
