Culture is the end game of processes that are implicit and explicit. It's so the way you do think that's good gets repeated over time? That becomes your culture. Culture is sort of a sum total, you know, of expectations about what's right and how we behave around here. And so culture is emergent and culture emerges from the ways we have interacted with each other.
