Using Music Visualization for Meditation
You don't need to be completely stubborn about what you're doing with the meditation. Use some music, look at a candle, change your body posture. Go with the flow. If you resent it and you start to really not like the process, then you're gong to stop. So those are my tips for you. I also want to share just kind of a few extra things im. so one is is a quote from somebody, and the others are some concerns that people reported to me about meditation.
