How Do You Set Up a Product Team for Facebook?
How do you set up a product team that can be agile enough to still spin out anew initiatif? I think one way is just to insulate budget and attention to that. We have dedicated teams on commerce at facebook, right? These are teams within each application,. Each of the apses effectively has a dedicated effort on commerce. And i think that's very important. It's not a part time job for someone who's also working on something else, right? You start to hedge in that way, you need just everyone in it, right? And if everyone's in it, then you've a better chance of succeeding.
