How to Channel Your Passion Into Something That Lasts
If you get switched to another project and that project was your pride and joy and passion, then sorry. Thanks for all the extra effort. But if you get skills out of it or relationships or are better in some way or have something durable from it, then I think it could be worth it. And so maybe caring is part of his personality. Maybe he just cares a lot about stuff and you don't want to squash that for him. But think about how you can channel that caring in a way that doesn't hurt him. Like what you said about physical activity, I got into picking up heavy stuff and putting it back down.
