How to Measure Product Success in a Single KPI?

The most important thing that we're all aware of, and again, this goes back to framing the problem, is you're focused on the outcome. What is the outcome you're trying to achieve in the real world? It's not just getting number of sessions. I hate when somebody says, I would just want to increase the number of logins. So it's very important to be aligned on what outcome you want, and how can you measure that outcome in a single KPI? Like it's veryimportant to measure what matters, and not everything about it.
