Are You Not Fulfilling Your Expectations?
When you're doing something that is different from what you expect yourself to be or to behave, that's when the pain starts. That's when the negative self-talk starts. So instead of just letting go of expectations and saying, oh, I should just be happy with where I'm at, which is true. But you can always create a vision for yourself and a goal. This is where I want to be. And I have such a great goal and vision. I'm working hard every single day towards that vision.
